Kilmuir Outdoor Recreations

  • Identify potential  new cycle paths around the trust area.

  • Create  safe walking/cycle paths around the area including from the School to the Village Hall.

  • Work with Skye Cycle Path to determine  best way to develop new cycle paths throughout the area.
​
  • Feasibilty study to connect up with other cycle paths throughout Skye.
​​
  • Identify and document walks and treks in the area.​

Heritage Trails
​
  • Determine  interconnecting or multiple Heritage Trails connecting up places of historical interest with appropriate signage and parking .

  • Provide where possible a safe form of travel between sites eg new paths.

  • Provide Gaelic Learning Resources and classes

  • Setup up programme of traditional music and family events in the hall

  • Document  a historical resource for the area accessible via this website for all to access.

  • Promote and display local  creative arts and crafts
